Sasha is a contemporary artist based in Gurgaon, India, whose process-oriented abstract artwork draws inspiration from personal reflections on topics such as chaos, order, and flow. Through paintings, sculptures, and photographs, Sasha creates site-specific works that invite viewers to see new perspectives on everyday life and be more conscious of the world around them.
With master’s degrees in Contemporary Art Practice from Srishti, Bangalore, and the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, Sasha combines technical skill with conceptual depth to create his work.
His work has been showcased nationally and internationally in prestigious group exhibitions, including the Kochi-Muziris Biennale Collateral, CEMA Gallery, and Venkatappa Gallery. Sasha’s solo exhibition was held at Gallerie Kabinett in Germany, in 2018. In 2022, he was awarded the Space118 Fine Arts Grant for Emerging Artists.
